Swiss National Startup Team 2026: Ten Swiss fintech startups announced for London roadshow

Zurich/Lausanne/St. Gallen, July 6, 2026 – A panel of investors and industry experts has selected ten innovative Swiss fintech startups to join the Swiss National Startup Team. These companies will take part in the Venture Leaders Fintech program, a unique opportunity to expand their networks and business knowledge during a roadshow in London this October. The program, designed to boost international growth, is organized by Venturelab in partnership with Swissnex, and supported by EPFL, ETH Zürich, PostFinance, TIE Partners, Walder Wyss, and the Canton of Zurich.
Since 2006, Venturelab has been selecting the Swiss National Startup Team. Through its Venture
Leaders roadshows, entrepreneurs engage with top experts, investors, and potential customers in leading global tech hubs, including Silicon Valley, Boston, Asia, Barcelona, Munich, and London.
A jury of investors and fintech experts handpicked ten startups to participate in the 2026 Venture Leaders Fintech roadshow in London, connecting them with one of Europe’s most influential investor communities.
The Venture Leaders programme points to Switzerland’s strong presence in the global fintech startup
scene. The ten selected startups feature the country’s leadership in a wide array of fields, from AI-
powered financial services and fraud prevention to digital payments, insurance technology, and nature-based finance.
“The Venture Leaders Fintech startups are delivering strong results, and the London roadshow will bring them to an international audience,” highlights Stefan Steiner, Co-Managing Director at Venturelab. “With the Venture Leaders programme, we gained exposure to the UK ecosystem and investors, all packed into a week of events, pitches, and networking.
