I received a message from someone named “William Harrington” claiming to work with or for Cense. Is this legitimate?
No. We are aware of fraudulent messages and documents that falsely use the name “William Harrington” in connection with Cense.
These messages may present this individual as a “digital asset forensic analyst” and include official-looking credentials, reports, or licenses. These materials are not legitimate.
Cense does not engage external individuals to contact private persons unsolicited for asset recovery, investigations, or financial transactions.
Any communication making such claims outside an official and verifiable Cense process is fraudulent.
